Our approach

Realign Wellness is a platform that hosts regulated and independently practicing mental health and wellness practitioners offering integrative care that supports the whole person. Our team includes therapists, clinical counsellors, holistic providers, and alternative care practitioners who work together to provide personalized, evidence-informed services. Whether you're looking for psychotherapy, somatic support, or alternative approaches to wellness, we’ll help you find a practitioner who fits your needs — available both in-person and online.

Providing you with a safe space to relax and heal

All in-person appointments take place in our welcoming clinic, designed with comfort and privacy in mind. The space includes fully enclosed service rooms for individual support, as well as a dedicated studio for groups and classes.

Our office is located in downtown Peterborough, Ontario, and we also offer most of our services virtually. Whether you prefer in-person or online support, we’re here to provide accessible, flexible care that fits your needs.
