Clinical Supervision Group (Virtual)
Join a collaborative space where therapists connect, share insights, and strengthen their clinical practice. This small group supervision series offers a supportive environment to reflect on your work, consult on cases, and explore new strategies together.
Beth Ann is an experienced Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with over a decade of practice. She brings a warm, attachment-focused approach to supervision, grounded in the belief that strong, supportive relationships are key to professional growth. Drawing from modalities such as EFT, ACT, and other trauma-informed approaches, she creates a space where therapists — whether new to the field or seasoned in their work — can reflect, connect, and enhance their skills.
Participants can expect a balance of case consultation, exploration of therapeutic strategies, and discussions that support both professional development and personal growth.

All Together NOW: Online "Getting-Things-Done" Group
Do you or someone you know struggle to get things done—chores, phone calls, therapy homework, exercise, or other daily tasks? All Together NOW offers a low-barrier, supportive, therapist-guided space where you can tackle tasks alongside others. Rooted in principles of behavioural activation and body-doubling, this structured group is especially helpful for neurodivergent individuals (e.g., ADHD) and those experiencing depression or anxiety.
